Patrick Sergi

Retail Leasing Director

United Property Services was born out of Patrick’s ambition to use his extensive experience in Retail Leasing to build his own business. With a career spanning over two decades, Patrick has earned a reputation for his conscientiousness and warm, approachable manner. Patrick acquired specialised expertise in Hospitality, Leisure and Entertainment Leasing over senior roles at Scentre Group (owner and operator of Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand), Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers Jardine. Following his managing of cross-departmental teams in multimillion-dollar developments, he is enjoying his newest role; allowing him to work on a more personal level with his clients and support team.

Troy Deviesseux

Retail Leasing Executive

Troy is a real estate professional with over two decades experience in all facets of property at a senior level. During his career, Troy has worked across all categories of property however specialises in shopping centre / retail assets, representing private through to institutional investors and developers with their leasing, project and asset management requirements. From residential and mixed-use developments through to  neighbourhood and sub regional shopping centres in both metro and regional locations, Troy’s extensive experience provides the ability to develop, implement and deliver strategic leasing and project programs, quickly understanding a clients’ business needs to ensure a successful outcome.

Chris Skinner

Leasing Executive 

Chris has a career spanning 22 years in the retail and property industry, having worked for Westfield on Tuggerah, Liverpool, Woden, Belconnen and Hurstville before joining Mirvac. Most recently Chris leased Harbourside Shopping Centre, Tramsheds at Glebe and Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre.

As a Regional Manager, Chris oversaw the leasing of Cherrybrook, Stanhope, St Marys, Hinkler (Bundaberg), Rockhampton and Kawana Shopping Centres. Prior to this, Chris was responsible for leasing Broadway and achieved the SCCA award for the Number One Shopping Centre in Australia for sales per square metre; a position Broadway still holds.

Hannah Dar

Retail Design Manager

As our Design Management lead, Hannah’s commercial acumen and astute operational knowledge are key to the success of every project. Hannah’s core focus is on the alignment and execution of operational retail strategies, from design guidelines through to delivery – and her contribution to our team’s successes stretch far beyond that. With passion and dedication, Hannah builds trusted professional partnerships ensuring the highest quality of service for landlords and retailers alike. Holding a degree in Architecture and 15 years’ design and Design Management experience, Hannah enriches our team with an exceptional eye for brand development, attention to detail and creative innovation. Having spent 6 years in New York, Hannah’s history of success within the retail and hospitality design industry has been celebrated both nationally and internationally.

Anika Watts

Concept Design and Place Strategist

With 15 years industry experience, Anika arms our team with a unique perspective as our Concept Design and Place Strategist. Leading teams through the concept design, development and delivery of retail developments across Australia and New Zealand, she helped achieve award winning results for Scentre Group. Anika has specialised in large scale retail developments, hospitality, mixed-use, design curation and collaboration. After establishing a creative vision with our Leasing Director and clients, Anika is the creative powerhouse responsible for developing the design concept and placemaking strategies to deliver globally leading experiences in retail and commercial environments. With her celebrated passion and motivation, she remains committed to the best outcome from concept to delivery.

Lisa Gatt

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

With over fifteen years of administrative experience  specialising in Retail and Leasing, Lisa brings  with her a wealth of intricate industry understanding.  Following an accomplished tenure at Scentre Group  in multiple positions and EA experience at Seven Network and Ticketek, Lisa is thrilled to support a boutique, client-centric retail property advisory agency.   With her executive support and team coordination expertise,  Lisa is a master of organisation across all channels  and attentive and responsive to all business needs.
